The Google Pixel 6 and all subsequent phones offer users the ability to create cinematic wallpapers that use machine learning to make photos come alive every time users unlock and tilt their phones.

Users can customize their screen preferences to suit their needs. On the Google Pixel series, everything from the display size and type to the screen time, can be personalized. These features can be found under Display in the Settings app.

Use Adaptive Sound to improve speaker quality
The Google Pixel series is equipped to offer users the best acoustic experience wherever they go. One has to simply use the Adaptive Sound feature. This uses the microphone to assess the acoustics around and adjust the phone’s sound quality. The feature can be found under the phone’s Sound and Vibration settings.

Activate Quick Tap
Quick Tap lets users set shortcuts and commands to activate them instantly. This feature can be used to launch the camera, take screenshots, play or pause media, show notifications, open applications, or carry out other functions. To activate it on the Google Pixel 7 Pro, simply visit the phone’s Settings menu and go to System Gestures. Here, select Quick Tap, enable the feature, and set it up as required.

Set up quick phrases for Google Assistant
The voice-activated smart assistant is a crucial feature on smartphones today. Users can take this one step further by setting up quick phrases for their Google Assistant. For instance, this feature can be used to answer calls by either saying “answer” or “decline.” Alarms can also be snoozed or stopped hands-free. Enable Live Captions

Activate bedtime mode
The Google Pixel 7 and 8 are capable of analyzing one’s sleep hours and identifying certain factors that may be keeping one awake. To check this out, visit the phone settings. Here, click on Digital Wellbeing and Parental Controls, and then select Bedtime Mode. Set up sleep hours under the Weekly average summary box, and allow bedtime sensor access. The phone is now ready to quite literally read the room while one rests, and provide reports for any disturbances that may have occurred.

Split screen
Users who own the Google Pixel Fold can also use the split screen mode to use two apps at the same time. To use this feature, unfold the Pixel Fold. Then, open any app. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the taskbar, and then drag and drop a second app to the other side of the screen. With this, users can use two applications at once!
